Funny thing
happened, I only noticed Eric's comments when you referred to them in the email.
I guess I bailed after the "Deb meet Corry, Corry meet Deb" stuff so I just read
them for the first time.
Although I
appreciate his efforts and thoughts, I think I would like to keep this simple
and do a straight forward deal. To this extent I have decided to lower the price
substantially to attract attention and a deal.
I'm not sure if Eric
mentioned to you but this is a "equipment and Lease Hold improvements" deal
only. I'm not selling the business but portions of it like the name and website
are negotiable.
I'm not sure of you
are wanting me to do the writing on the "blurbs" that are included on the site,
or if you do that so I'll assume the latter and if that is not correct let me

Well at long last
I see a break in the action and am now ready and able to proceed with my
listing. I had some pics taken of the studio a few weeks ago and will zap

from Majestic Sound.
As the payments are made to
Corry, Majestic slowly moves home but can still come back for studio time
etc as Majestic is still part of the picture for 5 years or more. Perhaps
only $70K of the $80K owed is paid out and $10K left for Studio use past the
5 year mark when everything else is paid out.
The person buying in gains your
ongoing help and experience and can take the work you don’t
